The Next Generation Of Vocational Leaders
Reflecting on ABA ministry over the past decade, one soon realizes that there are very few association churches that have not been in a search process to find a solo or lead pastor at one time or another. Add to this the number of searches related to other pastoral or ministry staff positions and we discover a significant and ongoing challenge that impacts ministry across the association.
There are a number of questions that arise related to our present reality, including: How do we engage an effective and appropriate search? Where do we look for placement candidates? What role does the local church have in raising up and developing the next generation of vocational ministry leaders? What role do we as pastors and church leaders have?
We invite you to join us as we engage this conversation during our next Pastor’s Connection. Since this does or will affect all of us, we can all contribute in a meaningful way. Please plan to attend.
