This position will provide specific leadership, direction, supervision and oversight for operations at Grace Baptist Church which will consist of operational support. The Senior Leader of Operational ministries will be responsible for the primary vision direction and overall leadership to the operational ministry aspects of the church.
The Senior Leader of Operational Ministries will have responsibility for the following areas:
- Office management
- Ministry administration
- Accounts and Financial Management
- Facility Management
- Communications
- Fundraising
- Human Resources Management
- Risk and Compliance
